Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final once opened or used. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened lip products.


We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective, or
  • You received the incorrect product

 

To request a return or exchange:

Email us at pinkremedybeauty@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Return requirements:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours

 

PinkREMEDY reserves the right to deny a return if the product has been opened, used, or altered.
